Ayush SEO is a freelance SEO consulting practice operated by Ayush, based in Mumbai, India. References to "I", "me", or "my" throughout this Site refer to Ayush SEO.

3. Using the free tools

Free tools on this site — like the Robots.txt Generator — are provided for informational purposes to help you understand your site's SEO health. Results are generated automatically and are a starting point, not a substitute for a full manual audit or professional review. I make no guarantee that the tool catches every issue on your site.

4. Website content

Articles, guides, and checklists published on this Site (including the On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO pages) reflect general SEO practice and my own professional experience. They're educational in nature and don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes for your site — SEO results depend on factors outside anyone's direct control, including search engine algorithm changes.

5. Paid engagements

Any paid SEO services — audits, retainers, or consulting — are governed by the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms agreed in writing (via proposal, contract, or email) between you and Ayush SEO before work begins. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement takes priority for that engagement.

6. No ranking guarantees

No ethical SEO professional can guarantee specific search rankings, since these are ultimately controlled by search engines, not by anyone working on your site. Any service delivered will follow transparent, white-hat practices consistent with search engine guidelines.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this Site belong to Ayush SEO unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to link to or quote short excerpts of published articles with attribution, but reproducing full pages or content without permission isn't allowed.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this Site — including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, submitting the contact form for spam, or using the free tools in a way designed to overload or scrape them at scale.
